Each Spring, we accept applications from graduating local high school students who will be attending Virginia Tech for the first time. Scholarships are based on merit and are awarded in June for the upcoming academic year. Our chapter awards two $2,000 scholarships. Each scholarship is a one-time scholarship paid with two equal payments during the recipient’s freshman year at Virginia Tech.

How to Apply

In order to be eligible, applicants must be a graduating high school senior from Delaware, Chester County in Pennsylvania, Cecil County in Maryland, and Salem County in New Jersey and have accepted to attend Virginia Tech in the fall.

Applications are made available to accepted freshmen by the Virginia Tech Alumni Association in April and are due May 1, 2020. More information can be found on the VTAA website.
